She is the Managing Director of Raglan Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd., a leading name in the real estate sector, and Winner Nippon Leatherette Pvt. Ltd., a renowned manufacturer of PU/PVC synthetic leather. Under her visionary leadership, Raglan Group has not only survived the toughest storms but has emerged stronger — a testament to her unwavering spirit and extraordinary determination.
Her story began in 2007 with an unimaginable tragedy — the sudden demise of her husband left her emotionally shattered and burdened with ₹60 crore in debts, hundreds of court cases, and a collapsing business. In a male-dominated corporate world where few expected her to survive, Ritu refused to give up. With courage, clarity, and an unbreakable will, she took charge of her husband’s business and led it from near bankruptcy to success. Her calm yet fearless approach in dealing with financial crises, legal complexities, and societal pressures earned her respect not only as a leader but as a symbol of hope for women everywhere.

Beyond her entrepreneurial achievements, Mrs. Singal has been deeply involved in social and community development. A passionate believer in human empowerment, she has supported numerous initiatives, including a night school for slum children at Sarangpur near Chandigarh, sponsorship of underprivileged children through CRY, and active contributions to projects like SIKHIYA for slum education and APSARA for attendants of hospital patients. As a Rotarian and past President of Rotary Club Midtown Chandigarh, she has played an instrumental role in various humanitarian programs and currently serves as Assistant Governor for the Rotary Year 2018–19.
Ritu is also associated with Sankalp — a mission that supports the education of underprivileged civil service aspirants — and with Udayan Shalini Fellowship (USF), where she personally mentors young girls from disadvantaged backgrounds to help them achieve dignified, independent lives. Her dedication to nurturing future leaders and empowering women has made her a beloved figure in both corporate and social circles.
A deeply spiritual individual, Ritu attributes her strength to her Buddhist practice through Soka Gakkai International (SGI), an organization committed to peace and humanism.
