Rahul Raghuwanshi

Founder of the Thinking Machines

Rahul Raghuwanshi is an Indian behavioural transformation coach, speaker, and founder of “The Thinking Machines” community. Known as an “Effortless Consistency Coach,” his journey from a government officer to a full-time coach has inspired thousands across the country. Rahul’s early life was marked by curiosity and a deep sense of questioning. Even as a child, he was known for asking “why” about everything — from daily rituals to life decisions. After completing his schooling, he pursued engineering at Punjab Engineering College (PEC), Chandigarh. However, he soon realized that engineering was not his true calling. During his college years, he married his partner, Shaleen, in his third year — a bold step that came with financial challenges. To support his new responsibilities, he began taking home tuition classes while continuing his studies.

Despite the odds, Rahul cleared one of India’s toughest government exams, the SSC CGL, in 2016, securing an All India Rank 42. He joined the Income Tax Department as an Inspector, a job most aspirants dream of. Yet, Rahul found himself increasingly dissatisfied with the bureaucratic system, which he felt stifled growth, efficiency, and purpose. During his tenure, he began exploring the deeper psychology behind human behaviour, motivation, and consistency — topics that fascinated him far more than his day job. His own struggles with procrastination and discipline became the foundation for his research into how people can truly change their habits at a deeper, identity-based level.

R Rahul eventually developed his own transformation framework called the “Deep Changes System.” The system focuses on helping individuals go beyond surface-level motivation and instead rebuild their belief systems to create lasting behavioural shifts. What began as personal exploration soon evolved into a movement. He started sharing his learnings online through social media and YouTube, gradually building a community of like-minded individuals striving for personal mastery. His initiative, The Thinking Machines, grew into a thriving learning ecosystem where students and professionals work on developing inner discipline, emotional resilience, and goal consistency.

While still in his government role, Rahul managed to generate substantial income from his coaching programs — reportedly around ₹90 lakhs in a single year. This success gave him the confidence to take a leap of faith and resign from his job in February 2023 to fully dedicate himself to coaching. Today, Rahul Raghuwanshi is a sought-after mentor with a growing online presence on platforms like YouTube and Instagram (@coach.raghuwanshi). His sessions and programs emphasize clarity of thought, emotional intelligence, and the courage to challenge one’s own limiting patterns.

At the heart of Rahul’s philosophy lies the belief that true change does not come from external motivation but from transforming the internal identity. He teaches that by changing the way one perceives themselves — their beliefs, habits, and stories — lasting success becomes effortless. His life story, from a financially struggling student to a respected government officer and finally to a self-made behavioural coach, mirrors his own teachings: that deep, sustainable change is possible when one learns to align their actions with their true self.
